European & International Orders:
For example, Channel Islands, European and International orders etc: are subject to postage at cost. If you would like to order, please contact us and we will get a quote for postage for you.

Despatch Timescale:
Orders are packed and sent out in order that they are received. If you have placed an order and not paid for it, it will remain in the system until it is paid for. For order that require immediate despatch, please contact us at sue@thecraftrainbow.co.uk and we will do our best to help.

Despatch time is approx 2-3 days for each order. We will notify you by email when your is despatched. In the run up to Christmas and during holiday breaks, please allow enough time when placing your order, as we cannot guarentee despatch or delivery at this busy time of year, but we will do our best to despatch all orders as quickly as possible.

Out of Stock Products:
On some occasions we may be out of stock of some items due to high demand. If it is a product we stock regularly we will always re-stock it as soon as possible. If you do order something and we run short of this item, we will forward it on asap and a note will be added to your invoice if something is to follow. If a product you have ordered is out of stock when we process your order and it is not due back in stock for some time, we will refund you the difference, and adjust postage fees accordingly.

Payment Methods:
You have a choice of payment: By cheque or online using a card or paypal. However please, be aware that if you place an order and do not pay, it will not be sent out until it is paid for in full.

Late Delivery:
If your parcel is late, at least 10 days after placing your order, please check with Royal Mail sorting office first before contacting us as very often the parcel is awaiting collection. If then your order is late and not at the sorting office and 10 full days have passed then please email us. Please allow 48 hours for a response.

Offensive weapons act 1996:
Under the Offensive weapons act 1996 it is an offence for anyone in the UK under the age of 16 to purchase a knife or similar cutting tools that can be used to harm others. In purchasing from this site, you are accepting the terms & conditions on this page and certify that, should you be purchasing a knife, you are over 16 years of age & agree to provide The Craft Rainbow with truthful and accurate information and to act in accordance with the aforementioned act.

Returns:
When you order from us via the internet or by mail order, you have 7 days to evaluate the product in your home. If within those 7 days you decide to return the product - the product packaging must be unopened & in its original condition. You will be entitled to a refund. However please note, this does not include a refund of your shipping costs. We do ask that customers notify us of all returns.

The Craft Rainbow will offer a full refund or exchange of any faulty goods including return shipping costs within 14 days. You must return the faulty goods & the original packaging, so as we can evaluate whether the damage has occurred during the handling by the postal service we use at that time. Please remember to obtain proof of posting, from the post office.
